Problem: Tradies lose jobs to slow quoting and bleed hours to admin. Most customers go with the first clear quote they get.
Build: Snap a few site photos and get a full bill of materials, labour and wastage with live Bunnings prices, then send a branded quote in one tap. Voice and notes input too.
Result: Live and in market at prici.app.

Problem: A naturopath needs to sell considered wellness protocols online without looking like a generic supplement shop.
Build: A landing page and storefront built around practitioner-designed protocols: structured programs, repeat deliveries and clear safety guidance, with calm editorial product pages.
Result: A warm, credible presence that sells the method, not just the bottles.

Signal Engine

Role Founder & builder Year 2026 Stack Claude, TypeScript, Supabase

Problem: Every fortnight a provider's teams throw off pulse surveys, rosters and incident logs. Reading them together, spotting what is converging and deciding what to do, is hours of analyst work per team and it does not scale.
Build: A decision engine that turns raw operational data into specific actions. It detects signals across a 22-point taxonomy, catches where pulse, rostering and risk data converge, and ranks the actions worth taking. Deterministic by default, with a narrow, validated Claude call reserved for the genuinely close calls and a hard fallback so the model can never invent an action.
Result: Turns a fortnight of manual triage into one automated brief, run the same way across every team.

Problem: Interior design projects are hard to show off. Flat boards and PDFs do not convey space, light or movement.
Build: An AI-led pipeline that turns a design project into an interactive web exhibit. Agents generate the cinematic clips, assemble the scenes and deploy in one click: orbital pans and exploded architectural views included.
Result: A repeatable workflow, not a one-off. Built once, runs for every new project.

About Ivan Sanchez

I am an AI specialist for small business: a decade in software and technology, now focused on AI and automation, with hands-on agentic AI at Culture Crunch, not just slide decks.

A long run across SaaS, consulting and technology (ThoughtWorks, Oracle and others) taught me where operations actually break and what makes new tools stick. Now I design and ship the fix myself, using AI tooling to move fast without giving up retained authorship: I understand and own every line, the model just speeds up the typing.
